About Robert Toth

Today I focus on tackling environmental challenges through e-government applications and data solutions. As Project Portfolio Manager and Team Lead for IT Project Managers at the Environment Agency Austria, I combine my IT expertise with a passion for sustainability and digital transformation. At IBM, I managed IT projects in the Financial Services sector, working closely with clients while focusing on change management and process optimization. These years were demanding, but they significantly shaped my project management skills, strengthened my ability to engage with stakeholders, and taught me how to deliver results under pressure. Over the years, I’ve built strong leadership and communication skills, complemented by a structured and reliable way of working, which help me navigate demanding environments and deliver value for both organizations and stakeholders. I’m always interested in exchanging ideas about digital innovation, agile leadership, and how technology can drive sustainability.
