My name is Alex Trujillo, I have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. I have 5 years of work experience which includes my co-ops during my undergraduate years.I have worked in multiple sectors such as Oil and Gas, Industrial, and Military Defense on projects totaling over 1 billion dollars. I would say that I am a motivated individual who is focused on completing the task at hand in a safe, effective, and productive manner.I was part of the Calcasieu Pass LNG team who built the largest LNG plant in the United States despite facing external challenges such as COVID, two hurricanes, floods, and snow. Despite these challenges, our team was the last segment to start construction, but the first one to finish. My areas totaled over Man-hours of work and we finished with 0 recordables and an average productivity factor of 1.53. This project helped solidify the importance of team work, inter-disciplinary communication, and attention to detail.Overall, my goal is to continue being a mentor, finding solutions to problems, and being challenged.
