About Robert Trujillo

Reaching my full potential as a professional motivates me to seek positions where I can exercise the experiences I have gained in leadership and problem solving. My abilities to work with teams efficiently and to effectively communicate with clients are key skills that translate to any industry. I consider myself to be a problem-solver and have always strived to be the person others go to for guidance and expertise. I firmly believe that strong leadership and coordination among stakeholders are the keys to mitigating problems as they arise. I have made it my mission to embody those ideals in my daily work duties. As a result, I am often sought out for troubleshooting, advice and assistance with complex scenes, filling out reports, as well as interactions between coworkers, other agencies, and patients. I have also fostered the training and development of new employees and have taught many successful first responders. I have been a paramedic for nine years and have served as a Field Operations Captain for the last four. I am a first-line field supervisor and am often the first person on emergency scenes. I have enjoyed and excelled at identifying solutions for the underlying causes of patients’ issues, while also assisting with personnel and morale problems that arise during emergency services.
