About Robert Twining

I have always done more then I have been asked to do in a job no matter what it was. I would fulfill all expectations and do even more then what had to be done. Working in the detail department for Garnet Volkswagen I learned a tremendous amount about the automobile industry. Such as how to approach a customer, how to organzie and rearrange about 270 vehicles daly, and would even confront a customer on a busy Saturday if there were no sales people around and show them the vehicle. That job has made my people skills very strong. Aquavita pools has done the same thing in a differnt industry. I would deal with roughly 70-100 customers a day all wanting different items and different answers to various questions. Hendrixson-Twining has taught me about the insurance business and how to sell insurance and many more. You need to have a good personality to be in the insurance business and have the mind set that you must reach a certain goal every month. My goals would be do to well for myself and family and to be able to run and operate an automobile dealership as well as my own insurance agency. Specialties: Strong people skills, easygoing personality, managaing and taking control of a situation in a business matter.
