Responsible for the application of SBD Engineered Fastening products supporting customer engineering challanges and solutions. 2007-2010 Spiralock Corporation- Developed new applications for Spiralock thread technology in the Medical industry, including orthopedic and spinal implants, instrumentation and medical support equipment. Assist product development engineers in improving threaded assemblies with Spiralock technology. Responsibilities include power point engineering seminars to product development groups in the medical and fitness industries. Assist customers in new product development and application review of use of Spiralock thread technology. Assist Spiralock in the development of new marketing tools for the presentation of Spiralock technology. Stealth Engineering-Developed performance components for the racing industry utilizing exotic alloys and manufacturing processes. Received a Patent for the development of the use of HVOF plasma spray on titanium components. Also assisted in the manufacturing of medical implant devices. Have a thorough understanding of the processes involved int he machining and processing of medical devices and exotic alloys such as titanium, cobalt chrome, medical greade stainless steels and zirconium.
