Robert is a results oriented Lead Consultant that is committed to delivering superior client projects and solutions. Robert has extensive experience in IT Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Integration, Business Analysis, Test Management Office, Quality Assurance, and as a Scrum Master. He is ITIL v3, Microsoft Azure, ISTQB, and ICP-ATF Certified, and has experience in the Telecom, Transportation, Retail, Medical, and Banking/Financial industries. On numerous occasions Robert has successfully led his team on large initiatives as the Project Manager, and frequently interacted with Senior Leadership. Robert also has a background in the full life cycle of software testing; ranging from the initial strategy and scope development, to planning, execution, and closure/maintenance. Robert has worked in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Additionally, he has intern experience in End User Services Support, Systems Engineering, and Network Operations Center roles.
