Robert’s career spans almost 20 years and he has held various senior positions in companies, where he has gained substantial experience in a wide range of technical, commercial, and business management roles. Robert has a broad set of project experiences, delivering of complex multi-disciplinary linear infrastructure projects, both through early design and planning stages, as well as detail design and construction delivery. Chartered Engineer and project manager, project director with a proven record of accomplishment in project planning and realization, team management and business development. Holder of unrestricted license for designing of roads, tramlines and runways and restricted license for designing building structures no. MAZ/0244/POOD/09. Has experience in asset management and technical advisory in schemes, also as trainer for public bodies. Knowledge in project procurement and European Union (EU) funded assignments execution. Wide technical knowledge considering transport infrastructure in respect of worldwide standards and manuals. Gained knowledge and practice in delivering projects using integrated project delivery, according to BIM standards (BS 1192 best practice), using Common Data Environment (CDE) to exchange data and information.
