For the last 26 years I've served in the worlds greatest Air Force as leader from the lowest to highest levels in my chosen profession. My colleagues would tell you that I was a collaborative and empowering leader, who is very skilled at influencing and developing teams and future leaders. My current role in the Air Force I have been focused on organizational development and learning and leadership consulting at strategic level. I have a passion for developing future leaders and highly effective teams. Now that I am set to retire, I want to find the next opportunity that will capitalize on my ability to bring program management and organizational development to an operational mission.
