In my role as Manager | Chief Product Owner IT Workplace Services I am responsible for the IT related end user services towards all our employees. This means- IT Service Desk: first line of IT support towards our employees - Onsite Support: IT hardware provisioning & support - Workplace Platforms: Operating System, Imaging & Workplace Security - Collaboration Services: M365, Teams, PowerApps, Azure, Intune, SaaS, Mobile Device Management- Authorization Management: Identity and Access Management towards IT services and applications. My job is to build and maintain a strategy and roadmap to implement a future ready (modern) workspace and at the same time integrate our several workplace domains into one generic workplace. This workplace transition is a program of 5 years in which the following areas are addressed- Translate the company strategy into a vision and strategy for the workplace environment- Migrate all different workplace Operating Systems to one new Windows 11 environment- Integrate the several workplace domains into one uniform workplace- Adapt new technologies like Intune to manage the modern workplaces- Change the way of working of the teams into an Agile Scrum based approach- Act as Steerco member / Chief Product Owner for all the workplace related projects that are needed to achieve these goals- Build and maintain a competence strategy / roadmap for the development of my teams- HR responsible for ~20 FTE Keywords that describe me: Factual, creative, pragmatic, organized, practical, straightforward, a team builder and a team player and communicative supplemented with lots of enthusiasm, strongly focused on execution. “Driving the change by doing things in a different way” is my motto.
