About Robert van Den Berg

My motivation? To move people and organizations, to empower them. From idea to impact. From imagination to innovation. Technology empowers, innovation provides direction." With a background as an IT project manager and years of experience in complex implementations, I've learned how technology can strengthen organizations. But my true passion isn't just systems or processes—it's people. True innovation requires more than just systems: it requires vision, creativity, and the ability to engage people in change. I believe that innovation starts with imagination. At Valid, I initiated V-Labs, a platform where experimentation, learning, and co-creation were central. I researched how to build an innovation culture and guided teams in transforming ideas into concrete results. Through my experience with design thinking and systems thinking, I help organizations not only innovate but also embed it sustainably. As a protagonist (ENFJ) and indigo star, I'm a natural connector. I love to inspire, ask sharp questions, and help teams discover opportunities they haven't seen before. My mission: To guide organizations in making innovation people-focused, creative, and tangible. From strategy to execution, from idea to impact. Keywords: innovation coaching, design thinking, creativity, change management, leadership, systemic, technology & people, inspiration. Curious how I can help your organization visualize and realize it? Let's connect.
