Recently I've worked in projects for continuous improvement, leadership development, and digital transformation. I enjoy working in innovative, strategic projects that prepare organizations for the future. My leadership style is preferably coaching, but, if necessary, I can switch to a style that better suits the situation. I am proactive, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to make decisions. I translate conceptual ideas into a practical approach that I communicate clearly across hierarchical levels. People appreciate me as an open, approachable, and committed colleague with a "hands-on" mentality. I have experience with Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, and international business change projects in dynamic and complex organizations, such as Shell, Heineken, the COA, the Dutch Tax Administration, Cordaid, the European Patent Office, Kiremko, and Teijin Aramid. To keep up with the latest developments in L&D, I am currently following a Global Master Program "Learning & Development Leadership" at Nyenrode University.
