Not your average Java software developer! Of course I know my way around Java and Spring specifically. But apart from when working with what I know and like, I perform best when I have a chance to understand the bigger picture and I'm given the freedom to do my job.I thrive whenever there is communication and productive disscussions involved or when I am involved in designing the solution and I suffer if you just slip me JIRAs with a due date under the door.
