Tool Making: My technical skills extend to tool making, where I have been involved in designing and fabricating precision moulds for injection moulding. Business Management: As the founder and CEO of AusiPack, I have successfully managed all aspects of the business, from operations to strategic planning. My business practises has seen AusiPack grow into a leading supplier of packaging solutions in Australia. My business acumen is supported by having technical expertise, allowing me to make informed decisions that balance innovation with profitability. Sales & Marketing: I have a proven track record in sales, particularly in expanding AusiPack's market presence. It has been key in securing partnerships with some of Australia’s biggest brands, leveraging my deep industry knowledge and technical background to offer solutions that meet client needs. My approach to sales is focusing on the technical benefits of products to drive customer engagement. Accounting & Financial Management: With a strong foundation in accounting and financial management, I oversee the financial health of AusiPack. I have applied knowledge in this area which ensures that the company operates efficiently, with a clear focus on cost management and profitability.
