I’m a UEFA PRO COACH driven by identity, intensity, and intelligent football. My coaching stands on four pillars: LEADERSHIP - clear, demanding, and holistic - on and off the pitch. I create high-performance environments built on trust, accountability, and personal development. A WINNING PHILOSOPHY - winning is always the priority.
