De productgroep Elektriciteitsnetten werkt voornamelijk aan studies en onderzoeken voor netbeheerders. Daarnaast doen wij adviesprojecten op het gebied van beleidsstudies, haalbaarheidsstudies, netuitbreidingen, onderhoud/inspecties en belastbaarheid van componenten en het net. Vanuit onze grondige kennis van netberekeningen geven wij ook advies aan klanten van de netbeheerders, waarbij het gaat over uiteenlopende zaken als netbelasting, kortsluitstudies, instellen van beveiligingen en storingsonderzoek. The Electricity Grids product group mainly works on studies and research for grid operators. In addition, we carry out consultancy projects in the field of policy studies, feasibility studies, network expansions, maintenance/inspections and load-bearing capacity of components and the grid. Based on our in-depth knowledge of grid calculations, we also provide advice to customers of the grid operators, covering a wide range of matters such as grid load, short-circuit studies, settings of protection and failure investigations. In our projects, we combine knowledge of the behaviour of the grids with our knowledge of the various components, such as switchgear, transformers and cable systems.
