I am an executive with more than 20 years of experience in technology and process consulting. During this period I worked with large national and international companies in different markets, supporting them in ambitious transformative projects in search of process, business model and performance excellence. Agile methodologies and consolidated governance frameworks have always represented a founding element of the transformation programs managed, guaranteeing effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of project streams and maintaining the return on value in the medium-long term. Today, together with the EY AI and Data team, I support our customers with whom we build consolidated partnership relationships, in the design and deployment of Data & AI Driven strategies.
