About Robert W Wengrod

Robert's professional career spans over 34 years in public, private, charter schools and educational consultation with a number of private companies. With experience in educational diagnostic services administering and interpreting cognitive, academic, social/emotional/behavioral evaluations, private tutoring specializing in reading, math and written expression interventions. Robert specializes in evaluating individuals with learning disabilities and dyslexia and proving them with support, therapy and advocacy skills. Robert has successfully worked with parents, teachers and school administrators throughout his career to ensure student success. Robert is a certified Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher through CERI. He was a founder and for many years served on the Board of Directors, was its Branch President and Treasure for the International Dyslexia Association-Southwest Branch (SWIDA). Robert is the lead for the university of New Mexico Seattle Alumni Association. He is a dog enthusiast, foodie, tennis player and enjoys traveling. He and his wife Kathy and their toy Australian Shepherd currently live in Tacoma Washington.
