Working with food isn't a job, it's an art from driven by passion. Being given the opportunity to make my passion into a career is a dream come true. With the opportunity to develop as a Chef under some of the greatest minds in Kingston, I am driven to continue with my dedication to my craft. Looking forward, I have set my sights on further opportunity, attending St. Lawrence College for Marketing, hoping to obtain my Bachelors in Business Administration once my tenure in the Marketing Program is completed. I have been told by numerous associates that I am a dedicated individual, with a keen eye for detail. You will find that I am level headed and reasonable, which has enabled me to lead numerous successful teams through many different events, many of these opportunities translating to success for others. I have a knack for helping others, assisting people with obtaining the knowledge that is critical in them becoming independent in life. Teaching youth about the importance of sustainability and both financial and food literacy has become a focal point in my work. Extremely driven when it comes to start up's and new events. I thoroughly enjoy helping with building something from the ground up and applying all relevant knowledge to a situation to guarantee a positive outcome. Ideally, I like to stick closely to the hospitality industry, opting to work closely with local restaurants and establishments to effectively showcase what they have to offer, and show them what they are capable of.
