About Robert Wagner

Robert Wagner is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Los Angeles headquarters, where he has served as a member of the Firm’s Global Financial Market for the past 25 years. With nearly three decades of financial services experience, Rob previously served as the Global Practice Head of Korn Ferry’s Consumer and Commercial Banking sector. He is an active member of the Firm’s Financial Officers Practice, its Board Practice and the Association of Executive Search Consultants. Rob has conducted senior-level search assignments and leadership assessment projects across all divisions within consumer and commercial banks, asset management companies, private equity firms, wealth management companies and other financial services organizations. His searches for globally-focused and regionally-based banks and other financial institutions include Board of Director, CEO, President, COO, CFO and other senior positions. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1995, Rob spent 15+ years in the capital markets sector, where he served as the Assistant Manager of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Los Angeles office. As a Registered Principal, he oversaw all fixed income and equities transactions generated by the institutional and private client advisory sales forces and was among CSFB’s top nationwide sales executives. Rob’s credentials include a number of representations with the NASD, NYSE and AMEX. He has been personally active with the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce (board member), the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Conservancy, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and the Tocqueville Society of United Way.
