About Robert Wallington

I am a 30 year old Property Manager with over 4 years of High-Rise management experience. I specialize in a training role, and have a thorough understanding of both the RTA and LTB in Ontario, Canada. I currently manage 320 apartments and 5 commercial spaces. My background is in high-volume sales, with a focus on maximize customer satisfaction, and lowering churn rate. I have been able to use this skillset to expand my understanding in both building maintnence, as well as Project Management. I recently was involved with a full building renovation, including balconies, roof replacement, common areas, and indoor/underground garages. When I am not keeping an eye on our building, I like to spend my time playing videogames, and producing music. You can generally find me anywhere there is electronic music playing or at the farm helping out with the family depending on the time of year.
