About Robert Wasiak

The acquired business knowledge allowed me to build internal call centers for various branches of business. I am an expert in optimizing the cooperation between insourcing and outsourcing in telesales and customer service. The experience pushed the successful introduction of a business exchange of outsourcing telemarketing services to ICT services outsourcing in the telesales department. I find myself a supporter of a relational customer approach and profiled selection of candidates for positions in telesales (which affects the increase in the prestige of the telemarketing profession and the effectiveness of the channel). I am connected with the call center industry since 2002. First in outsourcing (TP Internet - Contact Center), passing successive levels in the call center structure. Then in Canal + Cyfrowy, responsible for new business telesales, actual customers retention and up-sell during a subscription as well. I coordinated the launch of the internal contact center of the Cyfra+ TV platform and its following extensions. From 2010, Telesales Department Director in the publishing house Wolters Kluwer, where I established an internal telesales department. Currently, I am also responsible for introducing the best telesales practices in the Legal & Regulatory Division of Wolters Kluwer. Since 2015, I am also Sales Effectiveness Manager - supporting the development of WK Poland sales channels, as part of the best practices of WK corporation.
