Having gained from over 40 years of experience delivering the most iconic and challenging buildings and vertical passenger transport systems in the world, I am able to provide excellent leadership and quality assured governance to both project and senior managerial level from a position of strength and maturity. My current role reporting direct to the Director is maximizing the use of the experienced gained from these high profile projects to improve and enhance our company’s ability to delivery to the customer by updating the current operating systems and procedures to ensure increased profitability internally and add value for our customer base. This role has also provided the opportunity to coach the current project teams in their management role which has produced a stronger culture and a forward thinking team which has been a very rewarding experience personally. I have had the pleasure of working with the leading architects and property developers along with many of the major construction management industry leaders which has assisted in building a balanced and focused work ethic allowing a proactive and confident understanding approach whilst keeping focus on risk and opportunity for the entire project team and company as a full chain entity. My ability to progress a project from initial conception to on time delivery gained from my work with the Sales, Planning, Estimating, Project management, Finance, Operations, Logistics and the Senior management team ensures a focus on all areas of risk and opportunity can be managed to maximise the project potential.
