About Robert Webber

Innovation and creativity are my motivation to be successful. I enjoy the challenge of finding, identifying and solving problems to improve, streamline, and make things efficient and effective. In every job I've had I always sought ways to do things better by challenging the status quo and thinking differently to get better results. This has served me well throughout my career which has encompassed operations, facilities, capital planning, strategy, supply chain, construction, risk mgt, and hazardous materials mgt. and these experiences have allowed me to develop well rounded skills that I use both personally and professionally. Having success in each of the positions I've held led me to pursue a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Operations, both at Regis University in Denver, which ultimately opened the door for me to become the COO of Adams 12 Five Star Schools, a position I have held for over 12 years. Transforming business operations, starting a new operating unit or improving existing ones is what I find most exciting in my work today! I have been fortunate to have had great opportunities to develop a broad base of experience in business operations and strategy. When away from work I enjoy my family, the outdoors, traveling, and home improvement projects.
