About Robert Wells

I am a passionate beef cattle management and production expert with 25+ years of experience and research across nutrition, genetics, EPDs, reproduction, sustainable pasture and livestock management. I am also a longtime ranch owner, bringing that valuable lens and living laboratory to bear as I have advised, taught, researched, and facilitated six-figure livestock purchases and economic impact. My background includes expanding a spin-off company into a nationally recognized, award-winning stand-alone organization helping its members sustainably and profitably produce uniform, high-quality, preconditioned cattle that exceed customer expectations. From daily operations, and creating two new member programs to guiding the board of directors, the Integrity Beef Alliance is a great example of my thought leadership in the field. From leading a producer marketing organization to advising on regenerative ranching, I bring a drive to make a difference and empower potential. I am a thought leader and people leader eager to continue developing and deploying the research that can take the art and science of ranching to new heights.
