I’m a technology executive who promotes operational efficiency, performance improvement, multi-departmental collaboration, and financial management in energy, retail, service, and manufacturing industries. Creating a positive and more efficient environment for organizations and their resources is my objective. PEOPLE, PROCESS, & TECHNOLOGY Implementing new enterprise business solutions requires collaborating across functions, training people on them, redefining people’s roles in the organization, and updating related processes to fit the new solutions. Then, I create a vision of the solution and delegate the responsibilities based on goals and keep abreast of progress, so we can resolve unforeseen issues. Problems are not like a fine bottle of wine that gets better over time. The quicker they’re addressed the less of an issue they are.
