I'm Robert, a dream-chaser and global adventurer. At 15, I dreamed of exploring the world. I did it! From hitchhiking across China to cycling from Amsterdam to Italy, I've racked up passport stamps from 78 countries. Armed with a Master degree in Change Management, I jumped into entrepreneurship and innovation, learning from the ups and downs of Amsterdam's startup rollercoaster. Fast forward to today, 11 years later, I'm the co-founder of Orange Minds – where we've turned our Design Sprint and transformation expertise into business games, training programmes, and facilitation that help teams innovate and transform. As a Design Sprint Master, I guide companies on innovation journeys with a customer-centric approach. Placing the customer at the core allows businesses to generate fresh ideas and improve existing products and services.
