About Robert Widman

I bring over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to the Complete team. I have directed, planned, and completed projects ranging from to $6 million. I have demonstrated skills in management of diverse, multi-discipline construction/project teams to achieve project goals. I possess strong strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontract administration, team building, and general management qualifications. During the past 15 years I have run a firm that performs construction management, general contracting and design/build services. This first hand knowledge and experience has been instrumental to my success in the construction management field. Additionally I believe my success is a direct result of my management styles of flexibility, teamwork and problem solving. I have an extensive background in OSHA safety and was the safety director of a previous employer. My job related experiences include: Retail, Restaurants, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Institutional and Multi-Family. Specialties: As a member of the project team, I will oversee the development and organization of the project life cycle and the processes that are an integral part of Project Integration Management, from initiation through close out, utilizing a Program Management approach. This approach will allow us to oversee all aspects of the development while certain team members can focus on the details with-in the project.
