I am a results-driven professional with an extensive background in project management, business development and systems development, primarily focused on the automotive industry. Over the years, I have honed my skills in leading large and complex transformation projects, gaining valuable insights into successfully driving projects to completion. My strategic leadership has successfully directed large-scale product and system development projects, integrating cutting-edge solutions across diverse sectors. Notably, my project management proficiency extends to agile environments and bridges both business and IT architecture. As the Founder and CEO of LEQM since 1998, I have spearheaded the creation and implementation of our advanced project management software suite—VPL®, VPL Ai®, and VPL DSB®. I excel in managing pilots, overseeing implementations, and leading strategic integrations that enhance operational efficiency and optimize workflows. My collaborations with top OEMs such as Volvo Cars, Sony Ericsson, SAAB Automobile, NEVS, and Getinge, as well as key system suppliers including Autoliv, IAC, Behr, Brose, Valeo, Visteon, TRW, Dalphi, ZF, and LEAR, underscore my ability to navigate complex projects and foster robust stakeholder relationships.
