The worker may still submit expenses, both variable mileage and fixed travel and subsistence (accommodation, subsistence etc) Clipper CIS: We work closely with our recruitment partners to help implement CIS within their business,based on our assessment for Supervision, Direction and Control. This process has been developed in association with a tax and employment specialist at one of the big four accountancy and consultancy practices in London.
