As a Military Science Instructor and Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, I have over four years of experience in teaching U.S. Military History and teaching, leading, and developing Cadets in the the US Army Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) program. I specialize in leadership development, student conduct oversight, and disciplinary action, ensuring a culture of accountability and professionalism within both military and higher education environments. I also have extensive experience as a Chief Instructor and Chief of Training for the U.S. Army in Europe's Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, where I led a team of 45 personnel in delivering educational content while ensuring strict compliance with Army accreditation standards. I applied my expertise in accreditation compliance, conduct oversight, and legal frameworks to uphold institutional integrity and professional standards.
