As an educator, entrepreneur, and corporate executive whose contribution to LEARNING and TEACHER development spans nearly 30 + years, Dr. Wuagneux has steered the growth of professional leaders, trainers from the ground up. Professional LEADERSHIP thrives under Dr. Wuagneux's deft understanding of psychology,and the desire for SUCCESS. His award winning research has a simple rule: Absorb and Apply. His clients are able to smoothly transition from theory to application. Clients include: Corporate, Governmental, Military, and Collegiate. Dr. Wuagneux is on the Fulbright Scholar Jury of Peers. Dr. Wuagneux energizes by both words and with deeds. He believes in a simple ethos of inspiring through model behavior never losing sight of the fact that PEOPLE MATTER and one is only as efficient as those he inspires. Expressing GRATITUDE toward staff for their work, and demonstrating a genuine warmhearted caring for those with whom he engages in LEARNING and LEADERSHIP scenarios. Dr. W's professional evaluation ratings are ALWAYS among the highest. Dr. W has traveled worldwide and has worked in almost all aspects of LEARNING and LEADERSHIP Development. He is currently the lead instructor at Norwich University in their globally renown Teaching, Learning and Leadership Program, which includes Diplomacy and World Affairs, He holds a BA from Norwich University, an MA from Middlebury College Language Schools, and a Doctorate from NovaSoutheastern University. He speaks four languages. When not planning the next great adventure to thrill LEARNERS and colleagues He enjoys writing and performing original music creations. Dr. Wuagneux lives with his wife Dianna in Vermont Specialties: Global Education initiative, program development includes the developing of techniques to improve personal leadership, employee retention and TEAM success, including, coping with change, improving attitude, understanding M&E-OUTCOMES, self efficacy, and decision-making, curriculum development.
