As a senior Category Manager at Westward Parts Services Ltd, a leading distributor of agricultural parts in the Canadian market for over 50 years, I am responsible for the full procurement process of over active SKU’s in our catalogue from more than 150 suppliers globally. This includes tasks such as price negotiation, PO generation, freight expediting, inventory level management, and marketing assistance. Previously I worked for 5 years with Westward Parts as a Customer Service Representative, where I developed strong skills in customer relations and problem solving. In that position I filled a variety of roles including order desk, parts counter, and returns and warranties, as well as assisting in the development of our new website. I hold a diploma from Red River College in Business Administration, with a focus on Sales and Marketing, and I am always looking for new opportunities for further education and professional improvement. I am currently pursuing my Supply Chain Management Professional designation through Supply Chain Canada.
