About Robert Zint

I possess a wide array of work experiences that have enriched me with a skill set that is adaptable to many settings, and yet has a common thread of engaging with people. From Non-Profit work, to Self-Employment, to Residential Construction, there is the necessity of managing people in the midst of materials, events, and settings. In the non-profit sector I wrote and developed programs for Youth groups and Father mentoring programs, as well as working in a church ministry setting. I started, and developed my own service business, which entailed marketing, accounting, sales, management of employees, and engagement with subcontractors. The bulk of my experience in the last twenty years has been in the residential construction industry as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager. During this time block I have managed "start to finish" construction of homes in the higher end spectrum of the production home market. This included responsibilities over entire subdivisions, sometimes more than one simultaneously. Duties in the area included management of materials, scheduling, subcontractor recruitment, payroll processing, customer engagement, and warranty follow-up.
