I am a sales manager with 20+ years of experience in industrial B2B, expert in petrochemical industry, specializing in Central and Central Eastern Europe. During my career I worked at different positions starting from export sales specialist, through product manager, export sales director and finally president/director of sales. I have run my own company involved in electrical cables trading and business development services. I was responsible for 1+ BLN EUR sales budgets. I have been sustaining current and developing new business not only in domestic and Central European markets but also in international markets such as Africa, Australia, Far East and USA/Canada. I have been dealing with both, big international companies and with medium to small size national/local businesses. I know how to negotiate annual big contracts and how to close deals, how to manage sales teams and how to develop a new business. My broad experience in international markets and in business development, my education (MBA, international commerce and master’s/engineer’s degree), my knowledge of Central European and Polish/Czech/German/Hungarian markets with their mentalities make me a perfect candidate for companies which would like to develop or strengthen their presence and grow sales of their products.
