Lifelong learner, highly motivated, analytical and detail oriented, ethical, and always contributing to building a positive team spirit. I have started my career in the hotel industry as a receptionist, and climbed my path to the Revenue Department, where I developed analytical skills. After leaving an international hotel chain, I embraced the opportunity to help with the opening of a charming beachside inn where I could apply my revenue management experience and have a complete view of the accounting process. In this experience I worked closely to the owners and understood their expectations, developing strategies to reach their desired financial results. Leadership with the local staff and communication skills were also imperative to the success of this project. Simultaneously, I stared offering outsourced bookkeeping services for several small companies, helping them to better organize their finances and optimize profits.
