Background
About Roberta Giovara
Excellent leadership skills (currently responsible for a team of 12 people) I firmly believe in the importance of teamwork and base my staffing decisions primarily on this belief. I believe that if a team can work well together the differing strengths and skills can yield maximum performance and that by having the opportunity to exchange opinions with other professionals, team members are able to grow and mature their skills. I give my senior team members the space to work independently, limiting my interventions as a supervisor to issues concerning respect for the uniformity of the working methods and products and ensuring deadlines are met. This is because I believe firmly that engendering independence serves as a strong motivator to ensure my team give of their best in all situations.
