And Still We Rise (ASWR) is a liberation-focused collective offering mental health services and organizational consulting. We support individuals—and the systems where they live, work, and learn—to advance equity, healing, and lasting change. What sets us apart is our foundation in both clinical and organizational expertise. Whether we’re working with school districts, nonprofits, or public agencies, we bring a trauma-informed, healing-centered lens to strategy—helping teams disrupt harm, reimagine power, and build cultures of care and belonging. Through training, facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning, we equip mission-driven organizations to move from intention to meaningful impact. To date, we’ve supported more than 40 organizations in embedding equity into daily operations and transforming culture in measurable ways.
