About Roberta Laddaga

I am a financial manager with about 20 years of extensive experience in Financial Management both in the prospective of a consulting firm and in that of an industrial company. I have held roles mostly in teams reporting directly to the CEO and mainly on international exposure issues which have allowed me to obtain a complete overview of all the typical activities of a Finance department of an international company. I currently manage the recurring activities of the Finance and Controlling Department (e.g: business planning, impairment testing, investment valuation and monitoring of on-going business performance) and I supervise a team of 2 to 4 analysts. During my 15 years in Autogrill, I have actively participated in very important phases of company life: 1) Development phase: from 2006 to 2008 through various M&A projects 2) Financial and industrial restructuring phase: from 2009 to 2010 through the sale of non strategic assets and close control of the business 3) Business performance improvement phase: from 2011 to 2012, through the implementation of a new investment procedure and of a new reporting process to top management 4) Demerger and listing of part of Autogrill’s business in 2013 -2014 (2bn€ in turnover out of a total of 6bn€) 5) Re-focusing on strategic activities: from 2015 to 2017, following the definition of the new strategic guidelines, sale of non strategic assets and new investments in the strategic assets.
