I am a foreign trade professional with several years of experience in sea, air and road process, worked as in-house for big companies such as BASF and Ferrero Group in a Customs Broker. I also worked for a Unicorn Startup in Freight Forwarding based in Latin America and currently work for the third largest pharmaceutical industry in Brazil; Lately, I have been coordinating the processes from shipment to delivery, working with all stakeholders in the logistics chain bringing clarification and support on complex technical issues, risks mitigation and for ensuring that deadlines and cost estimates are met and customer satisfaction is achieved; Collaborating with other teams, to plan and monitor logistical tasks through the implementation of technologies to perform analysis and improve decision-making processes; Acting as a focal point to communicate and report on ongoing activities and project implementation status of new technologies; Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to effectively work with colleagues in other countries and regions.
