About Roberta Matarazzo

I’m a curious and adaptable professional with a genuine interest in social impact and sustainability. I enjoy learning, working in team settings, and contributing to projects that create positive change. Currently, I work at Intellera Consulting (part of Accenture), where I support institutions in managing and reporting on public funding—helping them make the most of national and European resources. In a previous role, I designed a small project to bridge generations through technology, connecting the experience of senior staff with the digital skills of younger people. It ranked 5th nationally and 1st in my county—an encouraging result that pushed me to keep taking initiative. I’m passionate about languages—I learned English early on, lived in Spain and Indonesia to deepen my Spanish and Indonesian, and still jump at any chance to speak French. I love Portuguese (even if just the basics), and Arabic is next on my list. Languages have always been my favorite way to connect with people and cultures. One of the most meaningful chapters of my life was a long overland trip from Indonesia to Italy. I visited remote areas, refugee camps, and minority communities, eventually turning that journey into a photo project about nomadic and matriarchal cultures. I care about empathy, mutual respect, and staying curious—values that guide me both personally and professionally. And finally: If you're kind, I’ll go the extra mile for you.
