Solid competence on molecular and cell biology. Solid scientific and oncologic knowledge and technical skills; direct experience on leukemia cells, human fibroblasts, DNA and RNA biology. Good knowledge on biochemistry and of following experimental methods: cells culture, proteins purification and analysis, nucleic acids purification techniques; PCR, Real time PCR and Western Blotting qualitative analysis: cellular transfection technique; post-trascriptional cloning and gene silencing, citoflorimetry, immunofluorescence technique Knowledge of the European Parliament Directive 2001/20/EC about the implementation of good clinical practice in the conduct of clinical trials on medicinal products for human use. Knowledge of CT-3 about sponsor and sperimentators responsibilities regarding SUSAR, knowledge of GCP and SOP that must be be observed for designing, conducting, recording and reporting clinical trials that involve the participation of human subjects. These knowledges include also the compilation of the IB for the sperimentator about data regarding the investigational product, its characteristics and pharmacological, toxicological properties. Moreover I have some knowledges about the execution of clinical trials from the rational design to subjects recruitment. All these skills derived from a personal study finaline in a competition organized by Perugia Hospital were i resulted qualified for the role at CEAS. Organizational skills and pro-active “problem solving” attitude to find the best result, analytical and critical sense. Specialization: Oncology PhD at Perugia University
