I'm an enthusiastic Manager in the Customer Transformation team of PwC Italy, where I lead and proactively structure digital transformation projects with the aim to deliver usable services and products to end users, both employees and consumers. My main competencies and skills comprehend Functional & Business Analysis, Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Analytics: through data, I analyze and understand users' behaviour with the aim to help my Clients structuring and redefining their Business and Marketing strategies according to what users and consumers really expect and need. Once the strategy is defined, the funny part comes: my team of functional analysts and UX/UI designers and me begin to imagine, discuss, prototype and then structure requirements and define design solution options that respect the business needs and give the value expected by each stakeholder involved. I always enjoy my day-by-day work and maintain a positive approach, ensuring a collaborative and friendly working environment. I lead a cross-functional team of more than fifteen professionals (including business analysts, UX/UI designers, technical developers and testers), while trying to improve both the well-being and performance of my team. I play a key role in the projects I'm involved in since I am recognized as the focal point between the top management of PwC's Customer Transformation group and the Clients, leveraging professional opportunities and business development with a high complexity level, while establishing strong, reliable and trustworthy relationships with the Clients. I'm constantly excited of facing new challenges, helping clients to make their needs actionable services or products. I am a reliable person with positive approach focused to reach projects results, able to create positive relationships with our Clients. I lead my collaborators and make them grow and gain competencies from each other in order to leverage the continuous knowledge sharing, merging together different skills and expertise (functional, technical, Analytics SME, UX & UI designer, developer, etc).
