About Roberta Nonni

For 25 years, FAENTIA has been a leader among Italian companies providing Engineering and Industrial Services. At FAENTIA, when we take on a challenge, we do so in a structured way, embracing change and creating value for our Clients, their people, and for ourselves. This approach has allowed us to build diverse yet complementary Business Units over the past 25 years, each dedicated to helping industries grow and meet the demands of our times—especially those arising from the challenges of Technological Innovation and Sustainability. Open Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Management Systems, Industrial Process Digitization, Human-System Interfaces, Safety Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Multimedia Technical Communication, and our Academy are the pillars of innovation and high specialization with which we enter organizations. We work alongside companies, fostering close collaboration to bring energy and stability to their projects. We are Engineers, Ergonomists, Front-End and Industrial UX/UI Experts, Innovation Managers, Quality Managers, Technical Designers, Web Developers, AR/VR Experts, and Researchers… but above all, we are passionate people and dedicated professionals. Passion, Concrete Results, Measurable and Sustainable Growth, Culture, and People are the values that shape our daily mantra.
