About Roberta Parolisi

I am a microscopy technician at PICO – Platform for Imaging at NICO. I specialize in in-vivo protocols, including rodent models of neurodegenerative diseases, stereotaxic surgery, and behavioral tests, as well as high-resolution imaging and electron microscopy. I collaborate with research groups to investigate CNS processes in physiological and pathological conditions, providing expertise in microscope maintenance, quality control, and user training. I also support researchers in image acquisition strategies, sample preparation, and experimental design. My background includes experience in electron microscopy and high-resolution imaging applied to neurobiology.
