About Roberta Russo

I am a young graduate in Psychology and Social Processes,trained as a Junior Social Media Manager, a good capacity for social interaction and an increasingly focused attention for the HR world career. During my studies I had various study / volunteering experiences abroad, during my studies and post-graduate I worked as a hostess for agencies in public and privete events. I recently attended a training course in Web and Social Media Marketing in order to increase my skills and be able to implement them in the future career path. My path has been taking shape over time, thanks to the experiences that have clarified in me the work goals I aspire to today. In these experiences of mine I found myself having to work in a team, facing problems that arose between third parties and finding quick solutions for inconsistencies in the roles required. In particular the work experience has shaped my attitude to the client caring and the specific professional attitude to the role as well as the understanding of others. My intent is to actively enter the Human Resources sector, in particular in the specific branch of Recruiting and Training. I am currently attending a professionalizing master in HR, in order to give credibility to my passion for this world.
