About Roberta Savio

From the very start of my academic journey, I’ve had an international outlook. During my undergraduate studies, I joined the Erasmus+ programme at the University of Heidelberg in Germany, an experience that pushed me to adapt to new cultures and ways of thinking. I went on to complete an LLM in Law and Economics of Insurance and Finance at the University of Bologna, then decided to further strengthen my financial and analytical skills through a Master in Finance at Hult International Business School in London. That programme challenged me daily and helped me grow particularly in critical thinking and teamwork. For the past two years, I’ve been based in Luxembourg at PwC, where I currently work as a Senior Associate in the Risk, Regulatory and Compliance advisory practice. My core focus is on Depositary services, and I also have solid experience across AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID and PSD2. In this role, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, tackle complex regulatory issues and deepen my understanding of the financial sector from both a practical and strategic perspective. I am fluent in Italian and English, intermediate in German and currently learning French.
