About Roberta Schneider

With over 30 years of experience as a title professional, I have honed my skills across every position within the title and settlement process, including leading the MD agency operations for Fidelity National Financial (FNF). My journey has been marked by participation in the FNF Leadership Program and the FNF Women's Leadership Program, culminating in my recognition as a Certified Land Title Professional. Additionally, my active involvement with the Maryland Land Title Association has further enriched my expertise. In my current role as the Maryland and District of Columbia Agency Manager for FNF, I am committed to growing our operation to number one in the state. I believe in a team approach, leveraging the diverse strengths and addressing the weaknesses of each member to effectively service our existing agents and expand our reach. My guiding philosophy is to always go the extra mile for customers and prospects, ensuring that our relationships are built on trust and mutual success. Driven by a vision to build long-lasting, profitable partnerships within the FNF family, I am dedicated to leadership and continuous improvement in the land title industry. This commitment is reflected in the initiatives I lead, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of our customers and teams alike.
