Throughout my career, I have led numerous store openings and retail projects across Italy, contributing to both creative direction and operational execution. For the past six months, I have returned to ottod’Ame—an Italian brand based in Florence with stores across the country and an international multibrand presence—as HQ Visual Merchandiser Manager. In this role, I oversee the brand’s visual strategy and execution across retail locations, working closely with cross-functional teams on seasonal concepts, visual guidelines, store design, events, and renovations. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of sensory retailing, with a focus on creating impactful customer experiences and a consistent brand identity.
