Building Resilient Food Systems through Creativity I believe food has a significant impact on health and mental well-being and can drive change toward a sustainable future. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Agronomy, focusing on the fermentation-based extraction of bioactive components from plant materials to enhance women's nutrition and functionality. With a background in Food Science and Technology and a master’s degree in Food Systems (entrepreneurship focus), I combine scientific research with practical applications. My international education and internship experiences have equipped me with expertise and a broad, critical perspective to develop innovative and sustainable food solutions. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between research and commercial application, aiming to contribute to healthier, more resilient food systems, particularly in the realm of women’s health and nutrition.
