Over 10 years experience of administrative and financial matters. In my current role, I coordinate Travel & Living activities for our field staff, by handling travel arrangement ( flight- hotel reservation - car rental) for crew up to 40/50 employees. My skills include being highly analytical; problem solving and precision which, combined with an excellent knowledge of languages has allowed me to work within multi-national situations, as well as a coordinator. I am a reliable, competent and responsible, with the ability to understand and manage effectively according to the needs of the company, staff and customers. I have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word) and as a result of my work and studies, have developed good numeracy skills. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well in a team.
